What better way to start out the year than with an opportunity to serve on the Peninsula! We partnered with the Peninsula Baptist Association for a day of repairs and improvements in the southeast community of Newport News. Six green shirts braved the cold and snow on Monday for “A Day On Not A Day Off” to serve at the Marshall Learning Center along with other volunteers from across the Peninsula. Cleaning the gardens was one of many projects going at the MLC and other locations in southeast Newport News.
