The Newport News Department of Human Services today named Serve the City Newport News the recipient of their Partner of the Year Award in recognition of our work in transforming two cold and sterile family visitation rooms into places where parents and children could feel at home, play together, or just talk. These rooms will impact over 700 families each year.
