Our Fall Serve Event focused on safety and crime prevention. We had teams in the same southeast neighborhood we served this summer changing out porch light bulbs and smoke detector batteries (and picking up a little trash for good measure). We also had several teams doing the same in partnership with Habitat for Humanity in Hampton. We ended the day with our delayed Celebration Party for volunteers and those we have served in 2017. Thanks to all our great volunteers and a special thanks to the Lowes in Hampton for their support of today’s event.
