From young to old we had 32 people participating in our Spring Serve Event, picking up trash in southeast Newport News. All together we picked up 20 large bags of trash in just 2 hours! Thank you Downing-Gross Cultural Arts Center for hosting us today and thanks to all our volunteers. We weren’t just picking up trash we were showing people that their neighborhood matters.
